SOW offers private workshops for small or large groups. These experiences aim to promote insight on how to complete stress cycles and find an overall balance.
The workshop guides the attendees through primal movement exercises, an activated breathwork session featuring the Bear's Breath, thermal cycling experience and a mindful meditation.
Workshops can be custom tailored to the group's specifications. Duration is generally 2 hours. Location options to be discussed.







Bespoke Lectures
SOW offers informative and engaging lectures about holistic wellness, stress managing techniques and optimum nutrition.
This informative workshop demonstrates the root causes of modern day ailments and showcases different tools for a healthier lifestyle.
The lecture is curated to suit the client's requests in tandem with the specific environment.

Group Class Coach
Health Coach Joshua is a strength & conditioning training coach for group classes in fitness facilities and CrossFit gyms, as well as dynamic spinning classes. His skilled approach creates a fun and engaging environment with high energy motivation to push to your limits. Each class includes Joshua's signature breathwork session.
Joshua's availability is flexible upon request.
